Well, I learned from a NEW FRIEND, almost 20 years younger than myself:
"No Pain, No Gain!"
Funny, like she's EXPECTING pain...I wondered "How Come?"
I thought, perhaps, that youth, now-a-days, never really learned how to analyze...even their "enjoyments." They do things just because they or it are the "IN" thing to do, without any thought as to negative repercussions. She's a really nice girl and in her job she does daycare for children. But she shows lots of cleavage (she's rather busty) and has the tatoo "No Pain, No Gain" at the top of one of her breasts. "CHILDREN?" I questioned her to myself. She wears kind of lower cut tops to work, as well. To me, she's been a little disrespectful to herself...kind of self-blasphemy. I sighed to myself, sadly, "What happened to The United States of America?"
God smiled sadly back at me. "No Church influencing, even though she is really not a blasphemer. She just doesn't think about Me in her daily life. Nothing you can do."
I told my Mormon missionaries after mentioning that I'm a Mormon...she wants to meet them, and maybe even go to Church with me...she would even drive. I got a little excited. My missionary sisters are a little excited themselves. That will be after the holidays.
US kids learn no pain, no gain, too...but it was Superman, taking all the pain. No biggie, to him.
What I figued out is that "kids" just don't know how to scratch their own backs. It's like they were taught a RULE: "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." They seem to have no interest in D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself). Spoiled bunch, if you ask me. They have no interest in learning.
So what is going to happen to the expertise and the arts?
